Idea Lab Trainers (Two positions) — Training of Trainers and Mentoring

Two trainer positions to facilitate a 5-day Idea Lab Training of Trainers (ToT) and subsequently mentor selected Idea Lab facilitators for the project “Loud and Clear: Empowering Youth Voices 2.0”. The assignment takes place in Bangladesh and involves mentoring during the implementation of 10 Idea Labs organised by WAVE Foundation. The contract is a direct service contract with DW Akademie headquarters in Germany and working language is English.

Facilitation of a 5-day ToT; mentoring role for selected Idea Lab facilitators throughout implementation; assignment of up to approximately 20 working days per person; direct service contract with DW Akademie.
