The Erasmus+ National Office (NEO) Local Coordinator position in Georgia is a coordinator role responsible for promoting and managing Erasmus+ programme activities, supporting local applicants, organising trainings, monitoring project implementation and coordinating with EACEA, the EU Delegation and other national and international partners. The post involves administrative and managerial responsibilities for the national Erasmus+ office, including staff oversight, budget and reporting. The role requires candidate engagement with higher education reform experts (HEREs) and monitoring of higher education processes and projects in Georgia.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a master's degree from a recognised university; have at least 5 years' experience in project management including work on EU-funded and/or international projects; high-level written and spoken English (minimum CEFR B2); and experience in team management and coordination. Knowledge of higher education, vocational education and training, youth or sport sectors and readiness to travel domestically and, if needed, abroad are required.
