Selection Competition for Artistic Director of Zugdidi Shalva Dadiani Professional State Drama Theatre

A selection competition to appoint the Artistic Director of the Zugdidi Shalva Dadiani Professional State Drama Theatre. The Artistic Director is the theatre's chief creative leader, responsible for overall artistic activity, staffing of creative positions, development of repertoire and fostering actors' professional growth. Candidates must present a four-year development strategy and supporting documentation. The competition is administered by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia.

Candidates must have a higher arts education and be a director or actor by profession, or in exceptional cases possess notable artistic experience and recognition. Candidate nominations may be submitted by legal entities engaged in theatrical activity with at least ten years' experience or by initiative groups of at least five members.

Eligible organisations or initiative groups submit nomination materials to the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport by the stated deadline; required documents include a nomination letter, detailed CV, identity document copy, diploma copy and a four-year theatre development strategy. The selection committee evaluates documentation, may request interviews, and recommends the winner to the minister.
