The Young Impact Associates (YIA) Agriculture Focus Fellowship is a year-long program designed to develop leaders in the impact measurement field within Africa’s agrifood systems. The program provides a monthly stipend for 12 months and covers non-financial items; upon completion, fellows join Mastercard Foundation’s global alumni network.

Eligibility

Open to young Africans who are nationals of Ghana, Kenya, or Uganda, residing in Africa, aged 18-35, with English proficiency and a relevant academic background.
