Information

The School of Mathematics and Statistics Indigenous Scholarship supports Indigenous Australian students to undertake study in the School of Mathematics and Statistics at UNSW. It is for students commencing undergraduate studies in a Bachelor of Science majoring in Mathematics or Statistics, with double degrees permitted. Current first-year undergraduate students at UNSW majoring in Mathematics or Statistics may also be considered. Applicants are assessed on academic merit, aptitude and commitment to studies and must provide supporting documentation in an online application.

Eligibility

Applicants must be an Indigenous Australian (Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander) and be commencing undergraduate studies in a Bachelor of Science majoring in Mathematics or Statistics; current first-year UNSW undergraduates majoring in Mathematics or Statistics will also be considered.
