Young Leaders Program 2026 in Vietnam

The Young Leaders Program 2026 in Vietnam is a fully funded international conference initiative by the South China Sea International Conference. It invites young leaders from around the world to participate in the conference in Hanoi, focusing on regional cooperation and next-generation solutions related to geopolitics and maritime issues. Eight selected participants will attend the conference from 6 to 8 October 2026 and receive travel, accommodation, and related support.

Round-trip economy-class airfare, 3-night accommodation, local transportation, meals, and participation certificates.

Applicants must be 20-35 years old at the start of the program, fluent in English, and have a background in political science, international relations, international law, or other social sciences. Nationality is open to all.
