Reach for Change Green Business Incubator 2025

The Reach for Change Green Business Incubator 2025 is a program supporting waste management and circular economy ventures. It provides tailored capacity development, one-on-one coaching, peer learning, investor advisory and market-entry support, with an equity-free grant component. The program targets early-stage enterprises and aims to develop sustainable business models and scalable solutions that create jobs for youth and women in Addis Ababa and beyond.

One-on-one coaching, group-based peer learning, investor advisory and networking opportunities, bespoke market research and entry support, equity-free grant of $5,000–$10,000.

Open to an entrepreneur or enterprise working in waste management or the circular economy, with solutions that are innovative, scalable, financially sustainable and capable of creating jobs for youth and women.
