France Excellence Van Dongen Scholarships

The France Excellence Van Dongen Scholarships enable Dutch art and design graduates to pursue study or internships at French art schools. The program provides financial support including a monthly allowance and coverage of tuition fees up to a specified amount, with additional government bonuses for accommodation and student life support. Eligible fields include arts, culture, design, and fashion, with study levels ranging from Bachelor to Master’s degrees.

Monthly stipend for ten months; tuition fee coverage up to €5,000; additional accommodation and student life support through government bonuses.

Graduates who have completed a Dutch bachelor’s degree and are currently enrolled in a Dutch higher education institution; orientation toward arts or design.

Submit an application through the Institut Français des Pays-Bas website with required documents (CV with photo, motivation letter, diplomas and grades, two recommendation letters, and evidence of inscription or selection from a French art school if applicable).
