African Union ECOSOCC Kenneth Kaunda Graduate Immersion Programme 2025

The African Union ECOSOCC Kenneth Kaunda Graduate Immersion Programme 2025 provides recent Zambian graduates with hands-on experience in policy development and program implementation within an intergovernmental context. It aims to build leadership and professional competencies, offering training, mentorship, and exposure to AU activities. Participants receive a monthly transport stipend and networking opportunities, with a view to advancing careers in international organizations and governance.

Experiential learning in policy research and project coordination, mentorship and training, attendance at international AU meetings, official career recommendation, extensive networking opportunities, and a monthly transport stipend.

Eligible candidates are high-performing recent graduates under 35 with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in social sciences or a relevant discipline, and demonstrated academic excellence.
