USIP Jennings Randolph Senior Fellowship Program 2026

The USIP Jennings Randolph Senior Fellowship Program 2026 invites senior experts to pursue research at the intersection of security cooperation and conflict prevention. The fellowship is eight months long and takes place at USIP headquarters in Washington, D.C., with a monthly stipend provided. The program supports research proposals aligned with the missions of USIP and the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU).

Monthly stipend of $15,000 for eight months; round-trip airfare to Washington, D.C.

Open to senior experts with a background in security cooperation and/or international partnerships and notable experience in research, policy, and/or practice.
