The Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Presidential Center Next Gen Initiative 2026 for Emerging African Women Leaders

The Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Presidential Center Next Gen Initiative is a 12-month leadership fellowship for emerging African women leaders from selected countries. It provides leadership development, mentorship, immersive learning, and hands-on public leadership placements alongside Amujae Leaders, with the goal of building leadership capacity and networks for positive social impact across Africa.

Monthly stipend to support participation in the program; leadership development, mentorship, immersive learning, and public leadership placements.

Open to purpose-driven young women from Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone who hold an undergraduate degree and have relevant professional experience, demonstrating leadership potential and commitment to public service.
