WHO 2026 Global youth competition on influenza and COVID-19 prevention and control

The WHO 2026 Global youth competition invites students and young professionals to create brief videos highlighting the importance of influenza and COVID-19 prevention and control. Submissions should address misinformation and encourage communities to protect themselves from seasonal influenza and COVID-19, with videos up to 90 seconds and English subtitles.

The winner will be invited to present at a global webinar in October 2026 and will receive a certificate featuring their name and video title.

Participants must be students or young professionals between the ages of 18 and 35.

Submit a brief video (up to 90 seconds) addressing one or more prompts related to influenza and/or COVID-19 prevention and control; teams may participate; videos must include English subtitles.
