Berenson Fellowship 2027-2028

The Berenson Fellowship 2027-2028 is a residential fellowship at I Tatti (Harvard Center for Italian Renaissance Studies) offering scholars time and resources to pursue research on Italy in the world, with emphasis on transnational dialogues during the Renaissance. Fellows receive a monthly grant and a relocation supplement, and live in the Florence area for a period of four to six months, engaging with the I Tatti community and presenting at related events.

Monthly stipend, relocation subsidy, housing arrangements or housing subsidy, access to I Tatti facilities, integration with the Fellows’ community and related events.

Scholars who hold a PhD and who can conduct most of their research in Florence; priority given to early- and mid-career scholars.
