Jobberman Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Fellowship 2026

The Jobberman MERL Fellowship is a three-month capacity-building programme designed to equip aspiring and early-career development professionals with MERL skills. It combines self-paced online learning, live virtual classes, mentorship, group work, and supervised field assignments to develop practical monitoring, evaluation, research design, data collection and analysis, and evidence-based decision-making. Fellows also gain leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and receive a certificate upon completion.

Hands-on MERL training, mentorship from industry professionals, collaboration on real-life case studies, a fellowship certificate, and alumni network access.

Open to individuals between 18-35 years who want to build or advance a career in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning across Africa.
