Information

The Indigenous Women’s Program Fellowship is a year-long fellowship designed to support Indigenous women leaders who are taking innovative steps to advance gender equality, community well-being, and rights to land and resources. The program provides personalized mentoring, funding for a community-level project, a participant stipend, and trainings to strengthen leadership and advocacy. It targets Indigenous women from Africa, Asia, and the Americas and aims to enable them to contribute to local and international decision-making spaces.

Eligibility

Open to Indigenous women between 18 and 35 years old; priority given to those who do not hold a master’s or doctoral degree; applicants must be fluent in English, French, or Spanish; applicants must not have been a former Land is Life fellow.
