Policy Advocacy and Leadership (PAL) Fellowship 2026 Cohort 3

The Policy Advocacy and Leadership (PAL) Fellowship is a policy leadership programme run by CYPA AFRICA aimed at developing a new generation of policy thinkers, researchers, advocates, and public leaders to strengthen governance and promote evidence-based policymaking at the subnational level in Nigeria. The fellowship provides an intensive learning experience with exposure to senior policymakers, academics, and governance experts, focusing on policy, research, strategy, advocacy, leadership, and ideas. Accommodation and meals are provided during residency; participants are responsible for their own transport to and from Jos, Nigeria.
