The CRCA Emerging Conflict Analysts Fellowship is a 12-week professional development programme for emerging analysts to understand, assess and communicate conflict and conflict risk in African contexts. It combines conflict analysis, evidence evaluation, early warning, risk assessment, conflict data, and analytical writing with hands-on, Africa-focused content, mentoring, and a portfolio development process. Fellows receive structured seminars, labs, and a professional analytical portfolio culminating in a fellowship certificate upon completion.
