BRIDGE X Youth Exposure Programme 2026

BRIDGE X is a year-long exposure fellowship by BRAC for undergraduate students. It connects academic learning with practical problem-solving, professional development, and campus engagement, and aims to expose participants to BRAC’s ecosystem and social impact work. The programme includes online sessions, workshops, campus activities, and opportunities to represent youth at global conferences during a one-year intake for the 2026/27 academic session.

Exposure to development practice and social innovation; networking with peers and practitioners; career readiness and visibility for internships or early-career roles with BRAC; opportunities to represent BRAC on campus.

Undergraduate students in their 2nd or 3rd year who are already engaged in social development activities and motivated to explore careers in development and social impact.

Online application with interests, motivation and experience, followed by a take-home assessment and an interview if shortlisted.
