DuCharme, McMillen & Associates Software Developer Intern

A summer 2027 software developer internship at DuCharme, McMillen & Associates to build internal and client-facing software for a tax and advisory technology firm. The role is based in Indiana with locations in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne. It is aimed at students or early-career candidates with programming fundamentals and interest in enterprise software.

Monthly net stipend (6372 or 7004 CHF depending on qualification/experience), 30 days paid leave plus 2 weeks closure, health insurance for self/spouse/children, membership of CERN Pension Fund, family/child allowances, relocation package (installation grant and travel expenses), on-the-job and formal training including language classes, possibility to extend contract up to 36 months.
