The 30% Club / ESMT EMBA Women's Scholarship is a jointly offered scholarship to promote gender parity and support women pursuing an Executive MBA at ESMT Berlin. It is aimed at accomplished professional women seeking to strengthen strategic leadership skills and access senior management roles. Selected candidates join the ESMT alumni network and gain access to mentorship opportunities through the 30% Club.

Tuition waiver up to EUR 15,000; mentorship opportunities via the 30% Club; integration into ESMT Berlin's international alumni network; individualized executive career support.
