The MyAGRO Country Director position in Côte d’Ivoire is a leadership role for an experienced manager to oversee program strategy, expansion, and operations for a non-profit agritech organization. The role involves budget oversight, pilot development, monitoring and evaluation, and leading a team to grow impact with smallholder farmers. The position includes coordinating with leadership to develop program strategy, ensuring financial viability, and scaling operations across the country.

Fluent in French and English; at least 5 years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role; experience in both corporate and non-profit sectors preferred; development country project experience is desirable.
