The Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Advisor leads the MEL component for WISH 2, a five-year reproductive health program funded by the FCDO. The role oversees evidence positioning and learning activities to inform sector leadership and program delivery, with a focus on women’s and adolescent health and rights. The position requires extensive experience in managing MEL for large donor-funded health programs, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate findings to diverse audiences; English fluency is essential and French is highly desirable.

Eligibility
Candidates should have at least eight years of experience in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation activities for large donor-funded health programs, with demonstrated experience in reproductive health, abortion and/or family planning; proven ability to produce, edit and disseminate research and evaluation findings to diverse audiences; strong quantitative and qualitative research methods skills and data visualization expertise.
