Understanding the concepts of stories, personal lenses and bias

The Understanding the concepts of stories, personal lenses and bias online course is part of the Activism Inside Out programme by the European Youth Forum. It comprises six sections with introductory content, assignments, reflection questions and material for further exploration, culminating in a forum and a certificate. The course aims to help participants improve personal well-being and become more effective activists by examining the stories they hold about themselves, others and the world and how these influence activism.
