EarthRISE Developers Academy 2026

NASA EarthRISE Developers Academy engages student and early career scientists in short-term applied research projects using NASA data to address real-world challenges. The program provides professional development, collaboration with partner organizations, and opportunities to develop skills in communication, research, and teamwork within the geospatial workforce.

Be at least 18 years old by the start of the term; U.S. citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident status; minimum 3.0 GPA; ability to work 25-29 hours per week; in-person participants must have transportation to the location; virtual participants must reside within the 50 U.S. states or Washington, D.C.
