The INSPIRE Scholars Program at the University of Toronto offers an immersive, interdisciplinary experience in quantitative biophysical, mathematical, and computational techniques used in the life sciences. It provides hands-on modules in faculty research labs, exposure to research translation and innovation, and workshops in collaboration with SpinUp, U of T’s life sciences incubator. The program aims to prepare third- and fourth-year undergraduate students for graduate studies in Physics, Chemistry, or Cell and Systems Biology.

Eligibility

Primarily third- and fourth-year undergraduate students who wish to pursue graduate school in Physics, Chemistry, or Cell and Systems Biology. Exceptional second-year undergraduates with experience in physics/chemistry/quantitative biology are also encouraged to apply.
