The Europe on Track 12 Final Conference is a four‑day event in Brussels that brings together young changemakers, experts and policymakers to address eco-anxiety and its impact on young people across Europe. Participants take part in workshops, expert discussions, and policy drafting sessions alongside Ambassadors and key stakeholders.

Eligibility
