Francesca Norris Memorial Scholarship

The Francesca Norris Memorial Scholarship is a partially funded scholarship awarded by ISA+21 to aspiring female airline pilots for advanced flight instructor training programs. Two scholarships are awarded each year, with funds paid directly to the approved training organization; winners are responsible for travel, housing, and personal expenses. The scholarship supports women pilots pursuing a career as an airline pilot and is named in memory of Francesca Norris, a flight instructor.

Tuition fee reduction and placement into an advanced flight instructor training program at a US-approved flight school

Open to female applicants holding an FAA Commercial Pilots License or equivalent and pursuing a career as an airline pilot; current first class medical certificate required.
