The Art Rouse Memorial Scholarship is a scholarship awarded to support doctoral study in veterinary and comparative cancer studies. It recognizes the lifetime commitment to companion animal welfare and provides funding over up to four years for eligible students pursuing a PhD in the field at the Ontario Veterinary College. Eligibility
