Early Market Engagement Session: Lower East Chao Phraya Irrigation System Improvement

The Early Market Engagement (EME) session for the Lower East Chao Phraya Irrigation System Improvement Project is a preparatory industry engagement to stimulate market interest and attract qualified contractors, suppliers, and consultants. The project will upgrade approximately 314 km of irrigation canals and 11 water regulation structures and implement a digital water management system. The session offers participating firms a deeper understanding of project scope, procurement strategy, and implementation timelines and solicits feedback on contract packaging and procurement arrangements.
