NOAA Heritage Week 2026: Centuries of Science is a week-long public celebration and pop-up exhibit showcasing more than two centuries of NOAA science, service, and stewardship. The event includes exhibits such as Treasures of NOAA’s Ark, demonstrations of historical instruments like the “Brass Brains,” artifacts from the USS Monitor, Science on a Sphere presentations, and the Gateway to NOAA exhibit. Activities in the NOAA Science Center and Auditorium require pre-registration. The event is free and open to the public.
