Forum for Young Canadians – Youth Engagement and Safety Monitor

The Forum for Young Canadians, organized and run by the Rideau Hall Foundation, is hosting a three-week national summit in Ottawa in March 2025 for Canadian youth. The program seeks Youth Engagement and Safety Monitors to ensure participant safety during evening programming and overnight periods, with responsibilities including supervising activities and supporting participants. Monitors will be paid and provided travel, hotel accommodation, and meals during shifts.

Minimum age 24 years; requires police record check, interview and reference checks; experience with youth programming or camp counseling; familiarity with safeguarding practices; bilingual English/French preferred but not essential.
