CSIRO Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Postgraduate Scholarships

The CSIRO Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Postgraduate Scholarships provide supplementary funding for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students undertaking postgraduate research degrees (Master by research or PhD) at Australian universities. The scholarships are particularly targeted to applicants with backgrounds in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. The funding supplements an existing research training program (RTP) scholarship, Centrelink education scheme payment or equivalent scholarship.

Supplementary financial support added to an existing research scholarship or education payment.

Applicants must be of Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent and enrolled in an Australian university seeking to undertake a postgraduate research degree.
