RMIT–CSIRO Masters by Research Scholarships

The RMIT–CSIRO Masters by Research Scholarships are co-funded scholarships supporting Masters by Research candidates working on projects across science, engineering and health disciplines. Successful applicants receive a stipend paid per annum for up to two years and a Tuition Fee Scholarship. Candidates must meet RMIT’s entry requirements for the master by research degree and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary research team.

Annual stipend of $31,260 (pro‑rata) for two years; Tuition Fee Scholarship.

Applicants must have a first-class honours or 2A honours or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline of engineering/science; be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or an international student meeting the minimum English language requirements; provide evidence of good oral and written communication skills; demonstrate ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary research team; and meet RMIT’s entry requirements for the master by research degree.
