SI Leader Lab 2025

The Swedish Institute Leader Lab is a fully-funded leadership programme designed for leaders in civil society, culture, and media working on democracy, human rights or freedom of expression. It combines online workshops with an onsite intensive week in Stockholm, and brings together peers from Eastern Europe, the Western Balkans and Türkiye to enhance advocacy and collaboration skills.

Flights to and from Stockholm, accommodation and meals in Stockholm during the onsite week, insurance during the onsite period, and training materials.

Applicants must be leaders in civil society-, culture- or media organisations working in democracy, human rights or freedom of expression and must be citizens of the programme countries.
