UN TrainForTrade Internship 2026

The UN TrainForTrade Internship 2026 is a six-month internship hosted by UNCTAD, offering students and recent graduates exposure to trade and development projects, with mentorship from UNCTAD professionals. Interns may work in Geneva in person or remotely and participate in activities related to trade, the digital economy, and development; the program provides practical work experience and a certificate upon completion.

Practical work experience with UNCTAD, mentorship, exposure to international organizations, professional experience in trade and development, and official certification upon completion; option to participate in person in Geneva or remotely.

Open to enrolled graduate students or final-year undergraduates, and recent graduates; fields related to economics, international trade, international relations, development studies, business administration, statistics, digital economy/IT, or related areas.
