The Short Course in Fashion Law is a four-week, 100-hour intensive programme in Milan that examines legal issues affecting the fashion and luxury industries, including trademarks, intellectual property, contracts, supply chain regulation and anti-counterfeiting. Teaching combines case studies, business simulations, meetings with industry managers and a team-based mock trial as a final project. The course is taught in English with bilingual Italian/English support and awards an official IIFM certificate on completion. Participants may attend on-campus in Milan or remotely via live sessions or recorded lessons.
