FOREST Partnership call for proposals

The FOREST Partnership is a European partnership funding transnational research and innovation projects to accelerate the transition to a sustainable forest bioeconomy. The call supports projects across topics including climate-resilient forest systems, adaptive and multifunctional forest management, timber and innovative wood-based products, and forest value chains, markets and governance. Projects may span fundamental research to applied research and demonstration activities and are expected to contribute to policy, management or industry implementation.

The call supports transnational research and innovation projects. Swiss-based applicants must meet the eligibility requirements for SNSF Project Funding and must submit an administrative application to the SNSF by the same deadline as their submission to the FOREST Call Office.

Submit a pre-proposal to the FOREST Call Office and, for Swiss-based applicants, submit an administrative application to the SNSF via the SNSF portal by the same deadline.
