East-West Center Changing Faces Women’s Leadership Seminar 2025

The Changing Faces Women’s Leadership Seminar is a 12-day professional training, dialogue, and travel program organized by the East-West Center. It focuses on leadership and entrepreneurship, includes field visits and meetings with experts, and pairs participants with Host Mentors while providing opportunities to mentor students and develop an Action Plan for personal and community impact.

Programmatic costs covered by scholarship, interisland travel within Hawaiʻi, lodging for 12 days, meals, local transportation, materials, mentorship, and access to training and networking opportunities.

The program targets women business owners and social entrepreneurs with demonstrated leadership and impact, typically with at least seven years of work experience. Applicants must be able to communicate in English and come from the United States or the Asia Pacific region.
