Warming Huts V.2027: Arts + Architecture Competition On Ice

Warming Huts V.2027: Arts + Architecture Competition On Ice is an international open competition inviting architects, architecture students, landscape architects, interior designers, artists and industrial designers to form multi-disciplinary teams and submit hut or installation proposals for the Nestaweya River Trail in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The project budget for each entry is 16,500 CAD, with funding allocated for designer honorarium, materials, labour, construction management, accommodation, and airfare for international teams. Three winning entries will be selected and installed along the river trail at The Forks, Winnipeg.

Open to all architects, architecture students, landscape architects, interior designers, artists and industrial designers who have a proven portfolio of design work.
