Communication Arts 2027 Photography Competition

The Communication Arts 2027 Photography Competition is an international contest for creative photography, awarding a Photographer Award of Excellence and other honors. It accepts entries across multiple categories including Advertising, Books, Editorial, For Sale, Institutional, Motion/Cinematography, Self-Promotion, Unpublished and Student Work. Eligible work must have been first published or produced March 2026 through March 2027 and descriptions in English are required for judging. Winning entries are published in the Communication Arts Photography Annual and on commarts.com and receive personalized awards and certificates.

Publication in the Communication Arts Photography Annual (print and digital) and on commarts.com, inclusion in a contact index, personalized Award of Excellence and award certificates for winners.

Open to all photographers worldwide; student-specific student categories exist.

Submit digital images (RGB JPG up to 2MB) or motion entries (MOV/MP4/MPG up to 500MB) with required descriptions in English and pay the applicable entry fee via the organizer's competition site.
