Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships (QECS) 2026

The Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships (QECS) is a fully funded two-year Master’s scholarship for citizens of Commonwealth countries to study at participating universities in low- and middle-income Commonwealth countries. The programme is part of the Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan (CSFP), offering tuition coverage, a living stipend, return economy flights, an arrival allowance, and potential research support grants. It targets applicants committed to creating positive change in their communities and contributing to solutions for shared challenges across the Commonwealth.

Applicants must be citizens of Commonwealth countries and hold a completed undergraduate degree; they must apply to two-year Master’s programs at host universities outside their home country.
