Norman Borlaug Award for Field Research and Application 2025

The Norman Borlaug Award for Field Research and Application recognizes exceptional, science-based achievement in international agriculture and food production by an individual under 40. The award is presented annually in Des Moines, Iowa, by the World Food Prize Foundation and is endowed by The Rockefeller Foundation. A prize of $10,000 is awarded to the winner.

Nominees must be under the age of 40 and actively working in the discipline or project for which they are being recognized; they may be affiliated with public or private educational, research or development organizations.
