Graduate Equity Analyst (2027 Start – Chicago)

The Graduate Equity Analyst is an entry-level trading role on Optiver’s Equity Options Trading team, starting in 2027 in Chicago. The role involves conducting fundamental research-driven trading, working directly on the trading desk, and collaborating with traders, quantitative researchers and developers. The position includes structured training through Optiver’s academy program and responsibility for identifying and executing trade opportunities. It is a paid, full-time position with benefits and a performance-based bonus structure.

Competitive base salary ($175,000—$200,000 USD), performance-based bonus, 401(k) match up to 50%, comprehensive health/mental/dental/vision/disability/life insurance, 25 paid vacation days plus market holidays, office perks (meals, events, clubs).

Current students graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s between December 2026 and June 2027, or candidates already graduated with 1–2 years of relevant experience; must be able to start full time August 2027.
