Information

The Artificial Intelligence Developer Intern is a funded internship hosted by the Executive Office of Health and Human Services – Data Office in partnership with MIT’s PKG Center Social Impact Internship program. The intern will develop AI models, algorithms and prototype applications, work with agency teams on data modernization efforts, and ensure compliance with data security, privacy and ethical guidelines. The role is full-time over January/IAP for between 120–160 hours and involves stakeholder communication and documentation of AI development outcomes.

Eligibility

Actively enrolled MIT undergraduate students with US work authorization.
