Escuela de Líderes Educativos Suma 1,225 Directores y Subdirectores Formados en Dos Promociones

The Escuela de Líderes Educativos is a diploma-style leadership training program developed by Panama's Ministry of Education to strengthen management and leadership capabilities of school leadership teams. The initiative comprises multi-month courses focused on administrative management, leadership, decision-making, teamwork, and school improvement. By its second cohort, the program has trained a total of 1,225 directors, deputy directors, and educational leaders, conducted in coordination with the National Directorate of Training and Professional Development.

Open to directors and deputy directors of educational centers across Panama.
