United Nations Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela Prize 2025

Nominations are open for the United Nations Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela Prize 2025, awarded every five years to two laureates (one female and one male) who have dedicated their lives to the service of humanity and contribute to reconciliation and social transformation. The prize serves to recognize outstanding contributions to humanity in line with the purposes and principles of the United Nations. Each winner receives a plaque engraved with a citation and quotation, as determined by the Prize Committee in consultation with the UN Secretary-General.
