Dr. Peter Nicholls Scholarship in Biological Sciences

The Dr. Peter Nicholls Scholarship in Biological Sciences is an internal academic award administered by the Faculty of Mathematics and Science at Brock University. It recognises research excellence and scientific impact among graduate students. The award takes the form of a one-time financial payment and an official academic recognition from the Department of Biology. Recipients are selected by an academic committee following internal nomination.

Candidates must be enrolled in a Master’s or Doctoral program in biological sciences at Brock University, demonstrate outstanding academic excellence and original high-impact research, and be nominated internally by the Department of Biology.

Recipients are chosen by internal nomination from the Department of Biology and evaluated by an academic committee; no direct application by students is required; winners are announced in the fall.
