Chancellor's Chair Scholarship in Physics

The Chancellor's Chair Scholarship in Physics is an academic scholarship awarded by Brock University to outstanding students enrolled in Master's or Doctoral programs in physics. It supports students who conduct research under a faculty member affiliated with the Chancellor's Chair. The scholarship provides a one-time financial award and recognition within the Faculty of Mathematics and Science.

A single monetary award for study-related expenses, supplementary research support for laboratory activities, and academic recognition within the faculty.

Applicants must be admitted or enrolled in a Master's or Doctoral program in physics, demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, have an official departmental recommendation, and work under the supervision of a researcher affiliated with the Chancellor's Chair.

Candidates are considered via departmental nomination during admission to Brock's graduate physics programs; there is generally no separate application form and selection is made by the department committee.
