The High Level Scientific Fellowship is a funded research mobility program for early-career PhD students and postdocs based at Canadian universities outside Quebec to conduct research in France for two months. It aims to strengthen collaboration between Canadian and French researchers in priority areas identified by both countries. Eligibility
Candidates must be early-career researchers (PhD defended after 2019) working in a Canadian university outside Quebec and must not hold French citizenship. Their research must align with the identified priority themes.
Application
Applications are submitted electronically to the Embassy of France in Canada. Required documents include a completed application form, a 1-page research description, a letter of support from the applicant's supervisor, an invitation letter from a French researcher, and a copy of the applicant's passport.
