Scale Ups Programme by QSTP

Scale Ups is a programme by Qatar Foundation’s Qatar Science and Technology Park (QSTP) designed for established tech companies with a validated product, traction, and revenues seeking regional or global expansion. It offers support beyond funding, including infrastructure, talent development, business relations, expert mentorship, and access to markets. The programme targets local or international tech firms that have moved beyond ideation and prototype stages and are ready to scale.

Access to funding opportunities, talent development resources, workspaces and R&D facilities, mentorship, business development support, and exposure within Qatar's innovation ecosystem.

Designed for technology companies that already have a product in the market, demonstrated traction, and revenue; not intended for ideation-stage startups.

Applications are submitted via the official Scale Ups programme page and then reviewed by QSTP partners.
